Conférence : Babysigns

My name is Judith Chopin.

I am an interpreter of Sign Language for deaf people, as well as kidscoach at Kidstime Coaching.

After many years of experience as a daughter, sister, aunt, social cultural worker, school interpreter, partner of a divorced father with children and mother, I made my passion my work. I coach parents and children in everyday challenges.

Communication and interaction is the leading principle of all my work.

Sign Language, as the natural language of the deaf, is a wonderful gift that we can offer our (hearing) children. I started signing with my daughter when she was 7 months old and now, 5 years later we both, parent and child, still benefit from the foundations that we laid in our communication so early on in our relationship.

It is my mission to share this gift with all parents and babies.

Baby signs is a method which everybody can learn. I am offering training courses for groups of parents, to get started with baby signs, and also taylor-made sessions, at home.
